about

"Let's die now" is a reaction to the apocalyptic mood of the pandemic and the war and describes the collective end-time damage we have suffered as a society. Climate change, oceans full of plastic waste, police violence, and we're right in the middle of it. Despite everything, some want to bring babies into the world, others try to immortalize themselves in art. In the end, everything is just one of many possible endings in the metaverse:"This is the end my dear, it's just another ending." For the choir I was accompanied by co-producer Zeina Azouqah and her husband Erhan, as well as Ivan Casanueva.
